Jim Dyer, Director for the Built Environment at Sovereign Housing
As Director for the Built Environment, in support of Development and Strategic Asset Management investment strategies, Jim leads the implementation of Sovereign’s Homes and Place Standard – a qualitative and quantitative design and performance framework for new and existing homes – prioritising Customer health, wellbeing, affordability and placemaking benefits while also reducing whole-life carbon emissions and mapping a pathway to net zero.
Having worked as Design and Technical Director at Crest Nicholson, and Head of Delivery at HAB Housing, Jim has broad experience in working with Land, Commercial and Build teams from inception to completion to deliver sustainable, viable and technically compliant mixed tenure residential developments.
