Jennie is Head of ESG and Sustainability at Landsec where she leads on the businesses’ sustainability strategy and its implementation.
Landsec’s focus is on transitioning to net-zero – reducing operational carbon and emissions from development schemes, alongside enhancing social mobility in the real estate industry. Jennie leads a team who ensure that Landsec’s places are managed, designed and developed in a way that doesn’t harm the environment and creates value for people and communities.
A 20-year veteran of sustainability, Jennie has helped companies translate environmental, social and governance (ESG) opportunities and challenges into practical actions and business priorities. Jennie has developed corporate sustainability strategies focussing on the issues that matter most, set net-zero carbon pathways, supported over 500 small and medium sized businesses to improve their environmental performance and secured £2.5 million to deliver a grant scheme for businesses in the low carbon sector.
