Jarrod Green, Retrofit Technical Solutions Manager & Winner of RA of the Year, EQUANS
Over the last 5 years, Jarrod has worked at EQUANS and has brought his years of experience in undertaking domestic energy assessments. He is also qualified in several other disciplines such as Airtightness testing, Retrofit Co-ordination, Energy Efficiency of Older & Traditional Buildings, New Build and Non-Domestic Energy Assessments.
During the time Jarrod has been at EQUANS, he has progressed in his career and is now the Retrofit Technical Solutions Manager where he assists in up-skilling members of EQUANS’ in-house technical team to become multi-skilled building assessors and modellers.
Retrofit assessments have become increasingly important in the technical team’s job as they are key drivers in determining improvement measures when retrofitting properties. Jarrod is passionate about sharing his knowledge and guiding his team to ensure that they attain thoroughness and accuracy when completing assessments. With this, Jarrod was awarded ‘Retrofit Assessor of the Year’ in 2022 by the Retrofit Academy.
