Jim is a passionate advocate of offsite construction, having progressed his career in the industry over thirty years, with Adroit modular buildings, Ilke Homes and Algeco Group (Formerly Elliott). Now responsible for all technical activities within Algeco, including research and development and project delivery, Jim leads a team of 33 specialist design engineers working on the end to end building project process from feasibility to on-site completion.
