Gwilym leads Max Fordham’s Passivhaus team. His experience includes a variety of Passivhaus projects, from new build to retrofit, in areas such as multi-residential, student accommodation, offices, archives, primary and secondary schools. Notable projects include Agar Grove, a landmark multi-residential Passivhaus development in Camden, the Entopia building EnerPHit retrofit for the Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership, and Cranmer Road, a mass-timber all-electric student accommodation project for King’s College in Cambridge.
Gwilym has 15 years of built environment design experience, including a broad range of project types and building scales, spanning all stages of design development, construction, post-occupancy evaluation and aftercare.
