Dr. Asselia Katenbayeva, Research Associate, ASBP
Asselia recently joined ASBP supporting research around Steel Reuse and Circular Economy. She is supporting two Innovate UK-funded projects on steel reuse: DISRUPT and ARMOUR. Asselia holds a PhD in Supply Chain Traceability and Ethical Sourcing funded by Loughborough University and BRE. Studying such a unique topic gave her an opportunity to be involved in developing the international standard ISO 22095 Chain of custody with experts from industries and businesses. Prior to this, Asselia completed an MSc with Distinction in Engineering Management at the University of York.
