As demand grows for construction methods that drive productivity and sustainability improvements, Dave will spearhead the development and expansion of Turner & Townsend’s MMC advisory service across cost management and project management to provide clients with suitable MMC techniques that deliver higher quality projects more quickly, safely and cost effectively than conventional, on-site construction.
A qualified architect with 35 years’ experience from project management through to development and construction, Dave’s background in MMC has included work across the educational, defence, residential and healthcare sectors.
Assisting Contractors, Manufacturers, Developers and Private Clients, across all aspects of a project life cycle from ‘inception to completion’, he challenges traditional approaches to provide cost effective innovative and high-quality solutions. Key drivers for Dave, are delivering projects through proper collaboration which are fully digitally enabled to drive the MMC / P-DfMA ethos through business and key design and stakeholder partners.
