Clara Bagenal George is an associate at Introba (formally called Elementa Consulting) and chair of the technical steering group of the UK Net Zero Carbon Buildings Standard on behalf of LETI. LETI is a network of over 1,000 built environment professionals, working together to put the UK on the path to a zero carbon future and have published industry guidance such as LETI Climate emergency design guide and the LETI Embodied Carbon Primer. At Introba, Clara advises developers and local authorities on how to achieve Net Zero Carbon and authors Industry guidance around Net Zero Carbon. She was part of the authoring team of the RICS Whole life Carbon assessment for the built environment 2023 update. Clara is also a Mayors design advocate for good growth for the GLA.
