Mr Charlie Cooley, Head of Operations/Sustainability, Novus Property Solutions
As Novus’ Head of Operations for its Scotland region and Sustain service, Charlie Cooley has over 25-years of experience within the housing and maintenance landscapes. He oversees the business’ Whitburn, Dundee and Dumfries operational offices in addition to leading, ensuring the teams provide a consistently high standard of delivery across all contracts, engaging in high level client liaison, and participating in review meetings to ensure quality and performance.
Charlie is highly knowledgeable in the housing sector, having led a number of key projects for the likes of Ministry of Defence’ National Housing Prime Estate, Home Group, The Riverside Group.
Following the launch of Novus’ Sustain offering in 2022, Charlie is driving their decarbonisation retrofit service across Great Britain. He plays a key role in the business’ Centre of Excellence which consists of in-house professionals and external partners who are specialists in achieving decarbonisation and funding targets.
