Coordinator of the Engineering Club and Adviser to the Happold Foundation
Andrew Scoones is involved in professional development communications for architecture, construction and related business sectors. He is Director of ngenuity Ltd, which produces events, exhibitions, website and videos for mainly educational projects. With a background in television production, he was previously Manager of the Building Centre Trust where he developed the professional education programme for over 20 years.
He is coordinator of The Engineering Club a consortium of engineering practices for whom he produces events, courses and other entertainments. He is advisor to The Happold Foundation for whom he also produces a number of thought-leadership events. He is a member of the professional think-tank The Edge, Honorary Treasurer of DOCOMOMO, a part-time tutor at the Bartlett. He is an Honorary Fellow of the Royal Institute of British Architects. When he is not putting on events, he is on his bike (or planning some long distance excursion) tending his allotment, spreading the joys of Italian Wine or looking after his bees.
