Modular housenuilders TopHat were struggling for solutions for bring every flat in the their development to and EPC B. With a wide-ranging SAP score across all the flats (from 72 to 80) they needed a method to be able to allocate specific SAP scores to each flat.
SolShare provided the perfect solution. With the ability to allocate specific a kWp to each flat, which has a direct impact on SAP score increase, they were able to allocate the exact amount to each flat to bring them all to an EPC B, with their SAP scores now all at either 81 or 82.
To achieve this, they invested an average of £2,000 per flat to install the entire system: panels, inverters, SolShares, labour etc. An exceptional £ to SAP score investment.
