Key Responsibilities
Preparation and configuration of TPS, GPS, and 3D Laser Scanning equipment
Provide technical support and training for customers over the phone, via e-mail, and face to face
Assist with demonstrations, quotations, and the creation of solutions for sales and hire of Geospatial Equipment
Assist with quotations and account management for new and existing customers
Proactivity seek new business opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound communication
Research and trial new product lines to bring to the business
Attend trade shows and meetings with customers/suppliers when required
Record all activity in Salesforce and ensure continuous pipeline management from lead to delivery
General duties to improve and take forward G2 Survey as a company
To Be Suitable For The Role You Must Have:
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work on own initiative
Problem solving and analysis
Able to drive with a full driving licence
Proven negotiation and selling skills to B2B and B2C customers
Numerate and able to recognise commercial and customer trends
Excellent communication, numerical, interpersonal and analytical skills
Computer literate
Nice To Haves:
Worked within Survey industry in a technical or sales role
Have a deep understanding of Leica Geosystems surveying equipment
Experience using Salesforce and MS Office
