The team you are managing is based on 4 shifts with 2 on each shift working 4 on 4 off 12 hour shift pattern.
As the Production Manager you will be responsible for planning / managing of all aspects of production.
– Having line management responsibility of the Production shift teams, ensuring plant process is maximised
– Reviewing and improving operations from a process and perspective (plant, raw materials and finished product).
– The Production Manager will interface with both electrical and mechanical disciplines, ensuring preventative, corrective and planned maintenance plans are implemented and delivered.
– The Production Manager will make full use of internal and external company based technical knowledge to drive operational excellence.
– Be responsible for site Health and Safety, Environmental and statutory / regulatory compliances within the Production function.
– Champion a strong Health and Safety culture on site.
