Responsibilities include:
Monitor and optimise the kiln system, raw mill and cement mill power costs, fuel consumption, Carbon and alternative fuels
Monitor and optimise the day-to-day operation of the kiln system, raw mill and cement mills to ensure maximum utilization and performance of the
process equipment
Liaison with site team and external bodies on issues associated with operational excellence and subsequent implementation
Management of the day operational team at the site
Development of key personnel in cement and kiln processing activities to develop skills for future business needs
