Job Responsibilities:
Managing the Engineering and Design Department
Overseeing the Development of products and services
Oversee Development of Technical and Commercial Proposals
Oversee Development of Technical and Commercial Studies
Hire contractors and builds the engineering team and specifies required project resources.
Establishing need for training and talent development
Ensure Projects are supported with sufficient front-end preparation
Provide clear and concise instructions to engineering teams.
Lead project engineering functions of Planning, Cost control Engineering, Design of Products and Service Delivery
Check their team’s work for technical accuracy
Coordinates with Subsurface Drilling and Project Management teams
Reports to COO
