Area Technical Sales Manager – Southern

The LKAB UK Commercial Team are looking for an ambitious and experienced Area Technical Sales Manager who will be responsible for managing the daily operational sales activities for LKAB floor screed binders within the Southern geographical area. Focusing on profitable business to ensure both direct and indirect customers are supported, leads are generated, and budget targets met. The ideal candidate will meet and maintain relationships with existing direct and indirect customers, end users and key decision makers to promote sales and growth of all LKAB floor screed binders. Whilst identifying and developing new customers and opportunities for future growth in accordance with LKAB’s KPI’s. The candidate will gain feedback on products and applications to ensure we are maintaining a quality product. Which will assist LKAB in the growth, development and defence of the business into the future.

The applicant will be an initiative-taker who is comfortable working on their own and in a team, with a proven sales background. There will be travelling within the UK, with driving as the primary mode of transport as well as limited overseas travel. There may be a requirement for regular overnight stays away from home. The geographical area may be subject to change from time to time to meet the needs of the business.

Location and commitments:

Home based – The role will involve travel within the UK and limited overseas travel. There may be a requirement for regular overnight stays away from home. The role will be focusing on the Southern region of the UK however the geographical area may be subject to change from time to time to meet the needs of the business.
