We are looking to appoint a highly experienced and competent Factory Manager who has
previously worked in a rapidly growing environment, with previous experience of working
within electrical, engineering and/or HVAC operations. A background to our industry and
enriched understanding of relevant fields is vital for this role.
Based in the Greater Edinburgh area the role is essential in delivering Sunamp’s long-term
strategic growth Strategy.
The right candidate will have accomplished engineering skills, knowledge of lean
manufacturing tools, exemplary safety records and excellent people management skills.
They will have first-hand operational experience of transitioning products from
‘development’ to ‘manufacturing’ whilst improving manufacturing processes and
procedures to create efficiencies, continuous product quality and reduces costs
