Our Engineering team are looking to appoint a Mechanical Engineer, to be based at our
head office in Macmerry, in the outskirts of Edinburgh. Reporting to the Head of Engineering
the role will be pivotal in the definition, ideation, development and launch of new and
modified products.
The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge of thermodynamics, heat transfer and
thermal properties of materials and manufacturing processes. Working experience of 3D
Modelling using Autodesk or equivalent is also essential and you would ideally understand
PCM and their use for heat storage.
Working with Business development teams both in the UK and overseas, the candidate will
be skilled in understanding customer requirements and translating these into viable
opportunities for Sunamp.
Degree and above qualified in a relevant engineering discipline, with a minimum of 3 years’
experience in a similar field
