Anna Burrows, Chief Executive, See It, Be It

Anna is the Founder and CEO of See it, Be it. With 20 years of experience working in TV, Branded Content and Charity campaign films she is pioneering a new way for Employers to reach their future workforce. See it, Be it works with purpose driven companies that want to diversify their pipeline of talent and creates films and lessons around their people, their jobs and their industry so that children can see people that look and sound like them, doing jobs they don’t know exist.

Anna is passionate about shining a light on the future of work through film because despite major changes in the world of work over the last twenty years, the career aspirations of young people have changed very little, leading to a lack of skills and diversity in the pipeline of talent, particularly into careers in Sustainability, Infrastructure and Construction. Anna will be releasing a report in the New Year that highlights the impact that can be made when there is strong ‘connective tissue’ between employers and education.
