Kartik Amrania is the Head of Building Sustainability at Sweco UK. Under Kartik’s leadership, Sweco has delivered some of the most sustainable buildings in the UK and therefore allocated three times BREEAM Company of the year. Specialising in the sustainable design of the built environment, Kartik has close to two decades of experience in building sustainability. Kartik actively pursues innovative thinking in projects to achieve the highest sustainable performance. His role involves developing sustainability strategies that evaluate solutions relative to cost Vs Value, logistics, targeting NABERS UK rating, green rating certifications, operational savings, and payback time for new and existing buildings.
