David Bownass, Director NZC Buildings, JLL
David has over 40 years’ experience in the built environment. He has in-depth knowledge of building services and associated infrastructure engineering. In the last 14 years, he has blended this experience with a profound interest in sustainability. This led to him setting up and managing a sustainable buildings group for a leading, global MEP design consultancy. He joined JLL in 2021 to set up and manage the new Net Zero Design Consulting service.
