Understanding Impact – the WELL Equity Rating – curated by International WELL Building Institute

Creating comfortable, empowering spaces for people to thrive involves more than physical design. Research has shown that 76 percent of job candidates seek out companies that prioritize diversity, and global companies with more gender diversity are 21 percent more profitable than their less-diverse peers. Studies have also shown that women are at more risk for burnout than their male counterparts, underlining the need for greater parity. As more organizations look to improve talent recruitment and retention, and bolster productivity, the International WELL Building Institute has developed the WELL Equity Rating, a set of evidence-based strategies from the WELL Building Standard for taking action toward diversity, equity and inclusion goals and driving improvements in company culture and resilience, to meet the moment. Join us to discuss the new rating, and the social value of health and well-being in the built environment.
