At Futurebuild, Dimplex are showcasing the innovative Zeroth Energy System which can enable developers to ensure compliance with Part L, F and O of the building regulations in mixed use and multi-occupancy residential developments.
Zeroth is an in-apartment heat pump, served by a central ambient loop which can be connected to fourth and fifth generation district heat networks. It is one of a range of highly effective and innovative electric solutions which can be modelled in SAP10.2 to comply with Part L and the Future Homes Standard. This range also includes Latitude Monobloc air-source heat pumps for space and water heating in housing developments, and Edel hot water heat pumps which can be paired with direct-acting electric heaters and MVHR for compliance in smaller projects.

By utilizing our EAF (Electric Arc Furnace) technology in Cardiff, as part of a vertically integrated material supply chain, we have the capacity to transform over 1 million tons of construction & demolition scrap into a valuable resource for new building development.

BIPVco
Flextron solar modules are designed to integrate into standing seam and membrane roofs/façades by bonding onto the substrate, resulting in a solar module that is not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing, as it is much less visible than traditional solar.
Flextron solar panels, powered by high-performing CIGS technology-based photovoltaic cells, are super thin-film, flexible, lightweight (3kg per m2) and incredibly durable. These solar modules incorporate a self-cleaning top sheet, making them maintenance-free, multiple internal diodes to minimise power loss from shading, bus bars, and multiple insulating layers fused as a hermetically sealed, robust (shatterproof) and durable module.
