Building Performance Network – Development Director

David is Development Director for the Building Performance Network and engages with initiatives that drive progress within the zero-carbon home retrofit and new build arenas.
Previously he: established Melius Homes to deliver ultra-low energy assured performance ‘Energiesprong’ domestic retrofits, worked at Willmott Dixon and at Knauf Insulation. David set up the Zero Carbon Hub and chaired various multi-stakeholder task groups reporting to the several Housing Ministers.
He is a board member of Good Homes Alliance and formerly: a Director of EnergiesprongUK, Member of the Each Home Matters Review Implementation board and, chair of the Advisory Board for the London-Loughborough Centre for Doctoral Research in Energy Demand.
